Amara Coffee was born from a love of bold flavours and the nostalgia of Saigon breakfasts. Our signature Bánh Mì Chảo celebrates the dish that shaped our childhood — a sizzling pan of eggs, meats and rich tomato sauce, made for dipping hot baguette and slowing down the morning.
Here in Seddon, we reimagine that experience with a modern Melbourne touch. We roast our own beans, hand-select each origin and infuse Vietnamese flavours through every plate — from Crabmeat Chilli Scramble to our Saigon-style iced coffees.
